As I see it, artists, poets and writers are entrusted with a sacred task of cleansing not only themselves of greed and dark desires or lust, but also are in the position to help others to free themselves from greed and lust as well. Thus, any conscientious artist, poet and writer should refrain from indulging themselves with these evil desires, and also from contributing to any indulgence by the others.

In fact, artists, poets, and writers should be fully committed to strengthening themselves by committing good deeds and moral acts as well as assisting others to uphold likewise. With such qualitative change in the content of characters of people, mankind would have a better chance to become more civilized. But if artists, poets, and writers choose to indulge, and encourage others to indulge in greed, desires and lust, mankind would only regress back to the time of the philistines.

In our material world, we face with two main sources of evil; one known as "Negative Desires" which would only invite bad omen, devilish practices and all forms of exploitation of fellow human-beings, i.e., fraud, cheating, theft, robbery and murders, etc., the other being " Positive Desires" which people would be blessed with all the good things in life, where people committing good deeds, practicing human kindness based on compassion, serving as solid foundation for civilization.
